- Pascal Svinareff - After 7 years at INSERM (U 228 - Electrophysiology and Regulation of central an peripheral arterial pressure), Pascal Svinareff joined SANDOZ group initially at the Clinical Pharmacology Department then at the Human Pharmacology Department for 5 years. He then worked at Novartis Pharma SA during 5 years at the Human Pharmacology Department.
Pascal Svinareff created Biogalenys in 2003.

- Alain Dufour Alain Dufour is expert for pharmaceutical companies in the fields of Biopharmacy, Biodynamic and BioPharmacy Drug optimization (Evaluation of Projects and results, analysis in the absorption area, strategies of preclinical and clinical development, training) and professor at the University Renée Descartes, Paris V.
After 14 years at UPSA in charge of the direction of several laboratories, Alain Dufour spent 7 years at Delagrange (SESIF group) as director of the Biopharmacy Department (Pharmacocinetic, bioganelic, biometric). He was then Chief of Coordination of New Galenic Formulations and then Director of Coordination of New Galenic Formulations from 1992 to 2000 at Synthelabo / Sanofi.

- The Pr. Maurice Rabache is doctor in nutrition (PARIS VI), master degree in chemistry (speciality «agricultural and biologic chemistry»), Ingeneer Research and Formation (IGR); out-class, Biology chair and project manger «Toxicology» of environment pole at CNAM.
He held the Industrial Biochemistry and Agro-Alimentary chair between 1978 and 1996, and he was Chemist III of the Agricultural chemistry and Biology chair from 1964 to 1977.
Le Pr. Rabache is adviser in Toxicology and evaluation of the professionnal and environmental toxic risks, in collaboration with des ergonomicists and physician.
