IN VITRO TOXICOLOGY – SKIN IRRITATION TEST

The Biogalenys laboratory offers skin irritation tests in accordance with a validated protocol (ECVAM n°439 OCDE).

Tests are carried out in multiwell plates then on RHE (EpiSkin™ reconstructed human epidermis models).

The irritant potential is determined by testing cellular viability (MTT).
